Early Bird pricing runs until 30 April, during which time all applicants receive a discounted site price and return exhibitors can retain their site location.

New exhibitors will receive a site location after 1 May 24.

Download our Terms and Conditions – these must be read and agreed before your application can be considered.

Exhibitors must have Public & Products Liability Coverage (minimum $10,000,000) and must be valid for the event, including bump-in and out.

Exhibitors must submit a site safety form before the event.

Commercial Catering

Our catering is provided by local community groups for their biggest fundraiser all year. 

Where possible gaps in the menu may be filled by commercial catering businesses.

FAQs

When is it on?

Murrumbateman Field Days is held on the third weekend of October.

Saturday 15th October, 8:00am-5:00pm

Sunday 16th October, 8:00-4:00pm

What will it cost to have a site?

We have a range of site sizes, some with power, see the pricing table within the exhibitor prospectus.

Can I bring my dog to Murrumbateman Field Days?

Working dogs that are competing and guide, medical aid or assistance dogs are welcome. Medical aid and assistance dogs will need documentation. Due to public health and safety issues we do NOT allow pet dogs on the site.

What are the Murrumbateman Field Days’ opening hours?

The Field Days event is open to the public:

Saturday 15th October 2022 from 8.00am-5.00pm, and

Sunday 16th October, 2022 from 8.00am-4:00pm.

 

Vehicle access for exhibitor setup to the Field Days site will be:

  • Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th October, 9am-6pm
  • Friday 14th October, 6am-9pm
  • Saturday 15th October morning, 6am-7.30am
  • Saturday 15th October evening, 5.30pm-7pm
  • Sunday 16th morning, 6am–7.30am
  • Sunday 16th evening, 4.30pm-7pm

Exhibitors are requested to have their sites set up by 7.30pm on Friday night 14th October and all exhibitors must leave before the site is closed at 8pm.

Are camping services available?

There isn’t a formal camping ground, but a camping area will be available for Field Days’ exhibitors in Murrumbateman Recreation Grounds’ South car park with portable toilets provided. Showers and other facilities are not available.

Will toilets be available?

Central public toilet facilities will be opened on Friday 14th October, 2022. Permanent public toilets are always available at the Recreation Grounds.

What security will be there?

Security on the grounds begins at 7pm on Thursday, 13th October.

On Friday 14th October, they will then patrol the grounds at night.

The Field Days site will also be closed at 7pm on the Saturday and Sunday nights and all exhibitors must leave the site before these times. 

Will there be food available?

Opening times for the Tennis Club food site’s BBQ (on the Recreation Hall verandah) will be posted before the event.

Murrumbateman Country Inn (across the road) opens from 11am and Café 3:Sixteen  and  Murrumbateman Takeaway are usually open from 8am.

All three are located in Hercules Street, Murrumbateman.

Will a delivery service/parcel pickup be available?

Sutton Primary School will offer a delivery service for a small fee – all funds raised go to the school. Contact details will be advised closer to the event.
